Shipping Policy – Route One Rares

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, new set releases, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your items packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Local Shipping (UK)

We ship from Kettering, Northamptonshire, and offer several delivery options:

• Royal Mail 1st Class – Usually arrives in 1–2 business days

• Royal Mail 2nd Class – Usually arrives in 2–4 business days

• Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 – Includes tracking updates and faster delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, order value, and selected service.

Packaging & Card Protection

We take card condition seriously. All single cards are shipped in sleeves, toploaders, or team bags depending on value and quantity. Sealed products are packed securely to prevent damage in transit.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available, sorry any inconvenience.

Pre‑Orders

Pre‑order items ship on or shortly after the official release date. If your order contains both pre‑order and in‑stock items, we may ship them together unless you choose separate shipping at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. For damaged items, email us with photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
